How governance will work
Stake SOS to earn voting power. 1 staked SOS = 1 vote. Proposals require a deposit of 100 SOS and pass through a 14-day voting period.
A quorum of 40% of staked tokens must participate. Proposals pass with >50% Yes votes and <33.4% NoWithVeto votes.
Create proposal
Submit a governance proposal to the SOS network. Requires a deposit of 100 SOS which is returned if the proposal passes quorum.
Governance RPCs are not yet wired. This feature will be enabled in a future release.
